Аннотация

В статье рассматривается феномен функционального и анатомического единства тканей пульпы и периодонта. Освещаются комплексные проблемы, возникающие при наличии различных источников инфекции. Описаны характерные особенности сочетанного проявления и течения заболеваний апикального и маргинального периодонта. Приводится обзор литературы на данную тему, излагается суть современных концепций диагностики и лечения эндопериопоражений.
