Abstract

A clinical case of reconstruction of the lower jaw in a patient with ameloblastoma is presented. A resection of the affected area of the jaw was carried out with a simultaneous reconstruction of the defect with a short -term revascularized autotransplant. Digital preoperative planning technologies were used, which made it possible to optimize the treatment process and increase the accuracy of the installation of dental implants.

Key words:

preoperative computer planning, an unhumetary revascularized autotransplant, surgical template, individual reconstructive plate, navigation surgery, dental implantation
