Abstract
During the anatomical study, all the necessary characteristics of an autograft of the pectoralis minor muscle were studied, namely, the patterns of blood supply to the pectoralis minor muscle were identified and described, the dominant arterial and venous vessels were identified, the features of the innervation of the pectoralis minor muscle were described, was described the flap design. The innervation of the pectoralis minor muscle is known to be multisegmental and is provided by n. pectoralis medialis and n. pectoralis lateralis. A significant variability in arterial blood supply to the pectoralis minor muscle was noted, we described 3 types of artericel blood supply to the pectoralis minor muscle. It is worth noting that there is also some variability in venous vessels. According to the results of the study, a harvesting method for the pectoralis minor free muscle flap was properly developed.Key words:
