Abstract

Cryogenic treatment is an effective treatment of precancerous diseases of the oral mucosa, as well as recurrence and extensive superficial foci only possible method of treatment. Indications and evaluate the effectiveness of cryosurgery with them on the basis of 30 years of experience of the authors. The findings based on the clinic confirmed and substantiated the need for early detection and treatment of precancerous process and practical role in preventing malignancy. The analysis of patient case histories of 60 obligate precancer diseases, were treated at the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery from 2011 by 2016. The aim of our work was to improve the cryosurgical treatment of precancerous diseases of mucosal localization of the foci in the distal parts of the oral cavity.
