Abstract

The increase in the cost of medicines and bandages in 2014 corresponded to 7.15% of all money spent on payment of outpatient dental care under the basic benefits package CHI system. Currently, resource provision of medical organizations of consumables associated with the effect of a significant number of objective and subjective factors and does not always correspond to the financial possibilities. One reason for this situation is the lack of attention paid to the problems of logistics and analysis of the use of consumables , and the main thing - the lack of medico- economic justification of the purchase and approaches to their valuation.
