Abstract

The average monthly salary for doctors in the Russian Federation in 2014 reached 46,780 rubles, the forecast of this index - 2015 51,595 rubles and in 2016-56,135 rubles. The findings suggest the need to find additional financial resources to increase salaries of medical staff, as well as the adjustment of the principles of allocation of funds to increase wages. To this end, the regional «roadmap» should include a preliminary analysis of the level and dynamics of wages of this category of medical personnel.
