Abstract

The article describes the clinical case, the scheme of treatment of desquamative glossitis in a patient with a weak degree of colonization of the stomach by Helicobacter pylori. For speedy epithelialization phase of desquamation, reducing the number of relapses, reduction of complaints from the patient needs to only local treatment, but General, with the approval of the scheme with the gastroenterologist. Treatment of desquamative glossitis associated Helicobacter pylori, should be comprehensive, individualized, etiopathogenetic, reasonable, consistent, dynamic, symptomatic. The treatment regimen should include probiotics and immunomodulators, as it reduces the number and severity of side effects of eradication, making the treatment is pathogenetically justified and effective. In addition, a gentle professional care in the first visit, the sanation of the oral cavity during the initial signs of epithelialization contributes to the prevention of reinfection of the gastric mucosa and oral Helicobacter pylori.
