Abstract

Currently in the Department of organization of dental services, licensing and accreditation CNISS and MFS completed the development of clinical guidelines (treatment protocols) in the treatment of alveolitis and periostitis, their project submitted to the European Commission for standardization of the Russian Dental Association. In accordance with these recommendations, prepared by the minimum entry in the medical card dental patient in these diseases, reflecting, according to the authors, the completeness of diagnosis and adequacy of treatment measures. The following is an entry in the medical record for visits to the dental patient with alveolitis and periostitis.
