Abstract

This section of the book highlights the main shortcomings, possible complications, practice using, the methodology of combined anesthesia, the patient's assessment with special tests. With the aim of increasing patient safety in the case of combined anesthesia with preserved spontaneous breathing is necessary to conduct continuous monitoring monitoring of the main hemodynamic parameters, adequacy of breathing and level of sedation using a pulse oximeter, kappograph and BIS-monitor.
