Аннотация
Реконструкция стенок орбиты после ее повреждений — одна из наиболее сложных задач хирургии вследствие особенностей анатомического строения. Цель работы — оценить эффективность использования индивидуализированных имплантатов, изготовленных с помощью цифровых технологий, для решения данной проблемы. Проведен анализ литературы по базам данных РИНЦ, Medline (PubMed), Google Scholar. Использовались поисковые термины, отражающие понятия «переломы орбиты», «пациент-специфические имплантаты орбиты», «реконструкция стенок орбиты», «энофтальм», «гипофтальм», «диплопия», «индивидуальные имплантаты», «визуализация стенок орбиты». Имеющиеся в литературе данные доказывают, что применение пациент-специфических конструкций достоверно повышают точность позиционирования имплантата и сокращают продолжительность хирургического вмешательства. Тем не менее риск неадекватного расположения конструкции сохраняется, в связи с чем предлагаются различные способы его устранения. Влияние метода на отдаленные результаты лечения по сравнению со стандартными конструкциями объективно не подтверждено. В настоящее время нет достоверного обоснования для внедрения индивидуализированных имплантатов орбиты в широкую практику. Тем не менее имеющиеся результаты свидетельствуют о том, что технология имеет серьезные клинические перспективы, в связи с чем необходимо продолжение исследований, с целью сокращения ее финансовых и временных издержек.Ключевые слова:
