Abstract

Changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation in relation to the criteria for assessing the quality of medical care, referring to clinical guidelines should be the starting point for the formation of a new methodological approach to the formation of a system of assessments. The analysis of court cases on dentistry and conclusions of forensic medical examinations for the last five years is carried out. The most difficult questions from the point of view of legal justification of quality of dental treatment are defined. Defines the basic characteristic of the judicial practice of the dental features that may affect the methodology of the grading system.
