Abstract
To prevent bone resorption and achieve high aesthetic results, a patient with chronic apical periodontitis was treated by the method of immediate dentoalveolar reconstruction in an aesthetically significant area. The essence of the technique consists in collecting a bone autograft from a hillock of the upper jaw, directly installing it into the hole of the extracted tooth and immediate implantation in an aesthetically significant area. On the example of a clinical case, planning and conducting an operation are described. According to the results of the work, the technique is recognized as clinically effective for the prevention of bone tissue resorption in an aesthetically significant area.Key words:
