Abstract
Social audit of the dental laboratory allows determination its abilities for quality assurance as corresponding to licensing requirements and other regulatory documents. Based on the results of quality assessment for 1,075 split cast models submitted by the customer, 9.58% of them were rejected due to defects. The average value of the edge gap between the model tooth and zirconia frame made using CAD/CAM technology was 36.42 μm which corresponds to a good edge fit according to the Renishaw criteria. The quality of dental structures made from zirconium dioxide using CAD/CAM-systems, by 20 criteria was recognized among customers of dental laboratories.Key words:
