Abstract
The clinical experience of using alkaline calcium alumino silicate cement «Rutdent» (TechnoDent) is summarized under the vital pulp therapy. The effectiveness of treatment in most clinical observations was noted. The effectiveness of treatment of reversible forms of pulpitis by the vital method is largely determined by an adequate assessment of the condition of the «causal» tooth and the general status of the patient, the correct selection of treatment tactics and the rational use of therapeutic agents in a particular clinical case. It is necessary to inform the patient about the features and prognosis of the treatment measures and the high level of patient compliance.Key words:
