Abstract

In orthopedic dentistry we encounter situations when patients treat with problem that the detachable part of construction is lost and irremovable remains in the mouth and is fixed to the abutment teeth. The used technique of making bar prosthesis with attachment and preservation of properly fixed on teeth permanent structure showed good clinical results which confirmed that the means for fixing prostheses with attachments provide secure fixation and stabilization as well as comfortable use of dentures for a long time.
