Аннотация

Не было найдено никакой разницы в эффективности между двумя составами с хлоргексидином и положительным контролем. На 21-й день наблюдалось статистически значимое снижение воспаления десен и накопления зубного налета по сравнению с плацебо. Никаких отрицательных эффектов, кроме дисколорита и вкусовых нарушений, зафиксировано не было. Два ополаскивателя для рта с хлоргексидином были способны подавлять повторный рост зубного налета и воспаление десны. Ни отсутствие в растворе хлоргексидина спирта, ни добавление фторида натрия не ослабили клиническую эффективность хлоргексидина относительно анализируемых клинических параметров.
