Abstract

The article presents data characterizing the dental status of adolescents with arterial hypertension and the control group. The study included 130 adolescents aged 10 to 17 years, from among patients who went to the Clinic of the Scientific Center for Emergency Medicine, as well as schoolchildren who underwent a routine medical examination. The purpose of the study was to study the state of the dental status of adolescents with arterial hypertension and, based on the results obtained, to develop a set of treatment and preventive measures to increase its level. The dental examination provided an idea of the frequency of occurrence of the main oral diseases in the compared groups of adolescents. It can be seen that the dental health of patients with AG was significantly worse than that of the control group.
