Abstract

Objective — Clinical and laboratory evaluation was carried out to evaluate the level of clinical performance and safety of the Klipdent osteoplastic material (VladMiVa). Methods. Analysis and evaluation of clinical data on a medical device, represented by publications of Russian and foreign scientific publications and dissertations, reflecting the results of clinical and laboratory studies of the Klipdent material. Results: Laboratory studies indicate the effectiveness of the use of Klipdent to replace bone defects and accelerate bone tissue regeneration processes compared to the normal course. In clinical studies, the effectiveness of using various forms of release Klipdent is shown. In the practice of surgical treatment of fractures of the lower jaw, refined teeth, and jaw cysts. Clinically substantiated the effectiveness of the use of this material in the treatment of patients with chronic generalized periodontitis, with resection of the apex of the root of the tooth and with direct dental implantation. Klipdent-gel is effective in the treatment of periodontal diseases and for the healing of postoperative wound defect, because helps to reduce pain, reduce the inflammatory response, and accelerate the timing of epithelization. Conclusions. Clinical performance and safety of the Klipdent material have been confirmed, used in dentistry and maxillofacial surgery to replace bone defects and accelerate bone regeneration.
