Abstract

Justification of the choice and optimization of the immediate dentoalveolar reconstruction technique in an aesthetically significant area in order to prevent bone resorption processes and achieve high aesthetic results. On the example of clinical cases, the methodology of planning and conducting the operation of immediate dentoalveolar reconstruction is described. According to the results of the study, the technique for reconstructing a dental alveolar complex with simultaneous implantation is clinically effective for preventing bone resorption processes and achieving high aesthetic results in implantological treatment.
