Abstract

Aesthetic defects in the visually significant zone cause the greatest number of hot treasures, which has a negative impact on the quality of life. A survey and treatment of 30 people with a violation of the aesthetics of solid objects of the front teeth. Assessment of the stability of restorations according to Ryge did not reveal significant differences in the resolution of the domestic and imported analogue. After 6 months, the marginal fit, color stability and roughness deteriorated regardless of the material. Assessment of dental health by OHIP-14 after a week of treatment significantly (p<0.03) increased from 34.2±5.6 to 52.6±5.3 points, after 6 months it reached 54.4±5.2 points. The dynamics of quality of life indicators according to the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire significantly (p<0.03) improved on the components of physical well-being and self-perception. Situational anxiety on the Spielberg-Khanin scale before treatment was 48.3±1.4 points, personal - 36.1±1.2 points. After a week, situational anxiety significantly decreased to 39.6±2.5 points, after 6 months - to 38.5±2.4 points. In complex dental rehabilitation, preference should be given to materials of domestic production, in view of their satisfactory quality and financial accessibility. To monitor treatment, it is necessary to recommend a quantitative assessment of the level of anxiety level on the quality of life.
