Organ-saving technology of periapical lesions treatment

Abstract

Despite the development of dentistry, the question of reducing of the tooth removal frequency after unsuccessful conservative treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis remains actual. In the article it presents the clinical example of treatment of a patient with chronic periodontitis according to the endodontic treatment protocol, based on the using of modern specialized equipment, which resulted in a volume reduction of periapical process.
