Abstract

The article presents clinical practice of the use of replantation operation. Our clinical practice shows, that at maximum destruction of the periosteum and tissues of periodontium in the process of extraction, conditions are engendered for active demineralization and desiccation of the roots of replantats. In contrast, in case of maximum preservation of the tissues of periodontium a benign outcome of the operation can be prognosticated.

Key words:

tooth replantation, demineralization roots, root resorption, periodontal, periosteum
