Abstract

The authors have described an ambulant method, which combines sedation and a local anesthesia for the dental treatment of the patients with the high level of psychoemotional exertion and clinically relevant cardinal pathology. This method is the most safe one and let to make dental manipulations including ones with microscope in conditions of the tranquil behavior of the patient.
